Orfeo & The Beasts addresses what humanizes us, what is true: love, nature, art. And what colonizes us: the Colonizers, certainly, but are they not themselves colonized -  by hatred, by ideas? Are we not all colonized by ideas, by fantasies, that are not truly our own? Four characters (the Saint, the Artist, the Lovers) navigate between two worlds: a real world (the reflection of love) and a fabricated world, which sweeps away everything in its path, and which only heroes, Pasolini for example, were able to look right in the eye, before being assassinated. 'Love was never a popular movement’. But we could at least sing, till extinction.
